COVID-19 Office Safety Protocol
WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER.
With the COVID-19 pandemic still at large, please be assured that we have implemented and adhered to strict safety protocols to protect the health of our patients, employees, and local communities. In the face of this new and unpredictable virus, many have put off tending to their medical needs in fear of worsening their health with a visit to the doctor's office. We understand your worries and we are here to help. At LA Medical Associates, our goal is to keep you safe in spite of the obstacles that have presented themselves.
We hold your health to the highest standard, doing all that we can at each of our locations to minimize your exposure to COVID-19. This includes:
- Sanitizing each examination room between uses.
- Equipping our teams with face masks and additional PPE, and ensuring that everyone who enters through our doors is wearing masks as well.
- Enforcing mandatory temperature checks of each patient at the time of their appointment.
- Abiding by social distancing guidelines by limiting the number of visitors at our facilities.
The best way to avoid illness is to take a proactive approach to your health. We encourage you to implement good personal hygiene practices in your everyday lives. Wash your hands with soap and water often, avoid touching your face with unwashed hands, and cough or sneeze into your elbow or tissue if possible.
As we navigate these novel times together, please know that we are here for you every step of the way.
